The irresponsible owner of the white dog took its dog to Bishan Park WITHOUT keeping a close watch over it and Happy boy was injured as a result of this.
Hap's ear had a small 'hole'
His upper arm had a long scratch
Even his nose nose was not spared!AND the owner of the white dog didnt even apologise when I showed him Happy's injuries!
